if you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may exchange it under the following conditions:

-NO MONEY REFUND.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are the only option available.

-CONDITIONS OF ITEMS.

items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging, tags, plastic wrapping, and accessories.

we receive the right to reject exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

-EXCHANGE TIMEFRAME.

you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 - DELIVERY CHARGES.

All delivery charges for the exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes both the return of the original item and the delivery of the exchange product.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

-Exchanges are subject to product availability,

-If the desired item is out of stock, you may select another product of equal value.

-if you paid through online payment links, the additional charges will be applied to your invoice.
